How Will Your Service Help Me?

Claiming money from government agencies can be confusing and time-consuming. Our knowledge and experience with the claim process helps us work quickly and efficiently, often saving our clients many hours and days of work and frustration. And our job isn't finished when the claim is submitted. We work with both our clients and the holder agency until the very end --

the day claimants receive their money!  ​​​​

 

How do you find account owners?

We use a number of online investigative tools and websites, both those restricted to investigators and those available to the public. Extensive research is often required to be able to locate and contact even just one account owner or their heirs.  

 

What if the original owner of the property is deceased?

Proof that the claimant is the beneficiary of and/or has the legal right to claim the account must be established with documentation.​

 

I'm concerned about privacy. Is my information safe?

We know how important privacy is. We never ask our clients for personal financial information.  We only ask fort he specific information the holder agency requires. And only Rich, our founder, has access to your information.​​

 

What is your fee?

Our  fee ranges from 6% to 10% of the account value - the higher the value, the lower the percentage. We provide you with an exact quote when we speak with you. That's it. That's all you you pay... and the money doesn't come out of your pocket.

When the claim is approved, the account holder sends our share directly to us and your share - 90% or more - directly to you.

As such, we only get paid when you do!​​

 

How long does it take to receive the money?

The time varies, depending on the type of account. Some claims can be paid in as little as two to three months; others take longer, up to six months or more, depending on the documentation required and the holder's current workload. ​
