​How Do I Know You're Legitimate?

We are registered with the State of Georgia as a Claimant Designated Representative (CDR) under the name of our founder, Richard Lee. Richard is also registered with the State of California's Unclaimed Property Program. 

 

​​​How do you find account owners?

We conduct thorough research using a variety of investigative tools, databases, and records — some available only to

subscribers or licensed investigators and others and available to the general public.  

 

What if the original owner of the property is deceased?

Heirs or beneficiaries can claim accounts as long as they provide the required documents proving their entitlement to the  funds.​

 

​Do I have to provide a lot of personal information?

No. We respect your privacy. We never ask for personal financial information or anything not required by the state.

 

​​What is your fee?

Our fee ranges from 8% to 15% of the account value—the higher the value, the lower the percentage. You’ll know the exact

amount before signing a representation agreement. You never pay out of pocket — when your claim is approved, the

state sends our fee directly to us and your share directly to you.  In short, we only get paid when you do!

How long does it take to receive the money?

Most claims are approved within about 30 days but some can take up to 90 days depending on the claim and the state's workload.
